The most significant  with greatest number of IIT graduates is Eastern United States that includes  NY to Columbus divisions.  An error was made in assigning IIT UID . Both Professors Ravi and Chawla were assigned a string of zeros by me as founding members so as to appear at top of data base.  yet how can two ersins have same number? The ID will then not be unique. Therefore, making a change now and  UID of professor Anoop Chawla is now  0000 0001 0000 0000 ji that for professor M R Ravi is now updated to  0000 0002 0000 0000  This and other corrections will be updated in amazon publications latest in November updates and those shall  hopefully be final until next year GBM on first sunday of September 2004  Best wishes to all  at service of all IITians everywhere  ashok

 There are now many IITs all over India  in principle the headquarter division can be situated anywhere in India  It shall move over time. Oresently however we are firtunate that it is in a central department of a central IIT, the Indian Institute of Technology at Delhi  Two of the senior-most professors have volunteered to oversee this division  They are skilled mathematical wizards who took minutes to work out the   mathematics of our UID.    They are  Professor Anoop Chawla  IIT UID  0000 0001 0000 0000 Professor  M R Ravi , HOD,  IIT UID  0000 0002 0000 0000  ( An initial error that assigned same ID to these esteemed professors who pioneered this revolutionary unique ID scheme has now been corrected  in this launching year we are proceeding sliwly , so that our processes are developed befire we ooen the floodgates  Thus the two  -- to be continued tomorriw, tired  good night

We were creating a voluntary nonprofit that was meant to last forever.  What if, someday it is hijacked by individuals, who instead of working for good of all, function to further their own interests.
